There’s no doubt that CIAT’s report predicting the serious impact of climate change on smallholder cocoa producers in West Africa caught the interest of many when it was first released in September last year.

Over the Christmas period – a time of great indulgence in chocolate in many developed countries – the story appeared again, several times. This write-up in one of the UK’s leading national newspapers, The Telegraph, is definitely worth a read.
